Let Go! Let God!

I saw a streamer with these words posted at the People Power monument where Fr. Robert Reyes is having a hunger strike for the salvation of the country. These words of wisdom now takes on a national perspective. GMA may have parried the assaults of the opposition and civil society...for the moment. She still has to contend with two of the greatest allies of truth – conscience and God.

What if...through Divine Providence...

... Garci decides to come out and divulge everything because his conscience has been bothering him?
... the CBCP, after individual discerment of the Bishops, decides that they have to take a stand?
... more cabinet members feel the guilt and submit their irrevocable resignations?
... the military, feeling that they have to save the Republic, take action?

And, the biggest "What If" of all...GMA wakes up one day and decides she has to go and, out of the blue, announces her resignation?

Then, and only then, will I fully realize that our country is really blessed!

Panginoon, gumawa ka ng paraan para makalaya ang aming Bayan sa mga kasakiman at pagkagahaman sa kapangyarihan ng aming mga pinuno. Bigyan Niyo po ng magandang kinabukasan ang aming mga anak. Patunayan Niyo po sa amin na ang Pilipinas naming minamahal ay tunay na bayang pinagpala. Alisin Niyo na po si GMA sa AMEN.
