Aina goes to the Assumption Junior Prom

Aina had her Junior Prom , Feb. 10 at Assumption San Lorenzo grounds. Her date was Paolo Loanzon, the son of former McCann officemates of Rinnah and me. His mom, Patty (Ong), aside from being an officemate, was also my batchmate and friend in Ateneo College while his dad, Jojun, was our division head in the Coke Group. Paolo was Rinnah's student in Community of Learners during his elementary days. He is now a junior in La Salle Greenhills. Patty told me that when her parents got married, one of the Principal Sponsors was Lolo Soc. What a small world! Aina's dress was done by Nora, the cutter of the late Joe Salazar. She went to Huelgas for her hair and make-up. Gastos!!

It's so fulfilling to see Aina growing up. I've realized that she is now a lady. Mahirap pala itong ganito! But to me. she is still my baby.
